We hope you love your chosen items. However, if you change your mind our Returns Policy gives you all the information you need. You can return an item within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it has been approved or rejected for a refund. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

In addition, please allow 3 working days for your bank/credit card company to process the refund after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.

Replacing Damaged Items or Missing Parts

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we can offer a replacement unit or parts at no cost. Simply email us within 24 hours of delivery to report a damaged item together with a picture of the damage/defect and we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you. We will also arrange for the damaged/defective item to be picked up and returned to us.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement. we will refund the item’s price and delivery cost to your original payment method within 5 business days of pickup.
